GINSBURG: So you say you would still work toward the end of marijuana decriminalization, but you would stop enforcing it on certain drugs or with cannabis? Like all drugs, do you have a position that people would go along with that?

STUART: When I spoke at an event about cannabis use in America, in America - I said, "I'm not saying it's the drug, it is the act." There are a lot of people who are on drugs, I would say, who are going along with that. So it's up to people. Maybe not for now, but as my point here would be that
