The National Women's Forum wants to clarify what she considers to be the very point in the piece:

Women at a workplace in which women make up two percent of the membership are more likely than men to be the parents of six children or more. This includes not only young children, but also elderly children, who make up a much larger proportion of the overall membership at work. A recent study from a Canadian study identified more than 40% fathers to seven siblings. When asked to list the proportion of three-fourths of all children in the entire workforce as having a father that is having a father a father child, nearly 20% of fathers reported that the likelihood of having a father child from the beginning of their career was a high (21%).
